Well, I see you made the 20# club!!!! WAY TO GO!!!! I am constantly amazed at how quickly the weight comes off with medifast...it just a couple of days over a month, you dropped 21.5 pounds!!! Where else can you get those results AND get such excellent nutrition??? Keep up the good work! :)

This is fantastic news. I used to struggle at work but about week 4 people just fell into the groove and provided no more resistance.
