I certainly didn't break any records, but today is my one month Medifast anniversary and I am down to 219.5 pounds from 233. Let's hope it holds or gets better for Sunday weigh-in...I am very happy though! I am going to keep on being compliant and let the scale do what it may! I couldn't have stuck with it without the support of everyone on this board. Even if you didn't respond to me personally I read every single new post in every thread every day and some old ones too. So everyone helped! THANKS!!!

Just think before you know it you will be "old" and have lost what you are looking to lose;) It is the one time that a number, related to weight, going up is good.....The lbs lost number. Congrats and keep up the good work.

Years later, my mother told me that when I was a 12-13 year old there were relatives who refused to come and visit because of me. I was like that kid from the Exorcist!

p.s. I also tried the Medifast/vodka diet, only without the Medifast. I can't remember how it worked...
