Good morning everyone!

Today is my one month anniversary, and also one goal down! I lost an estimated 26 pounds, with two coming off this morning!

Now what goal should be next?

Thank you all for your support and for just being here, I read the boards to keep me motivated when I feel like going off plan.

EXCELLENT!

tomorrow is my ONE MONTH - and one month that I actuallly stayed on ANY time of weight loss plan!

It really DOES WORK - if you work IT - way to go!
