omelet question

Okay I see I can have up to 1 cup of egg substitute (which is equal to about 4 eggs). My question is if I sautee some mushrooms and onions how much can I use? I trying to fulfill my l&g with the omelet!! thanks

Lean and Green

The green portion of the lean and green in 1 1/2 cups of cooked veggies. You've got 1 1/2 cups to use. The eggs are of course the lean.
