Ron ~

If it is really an allergy to soy, you need to talk to your Health Advisor and switch over to the whey-based products and avoid the soy-based products.

You can do a search on the MakeMeThinner Forum for a list of whey-based products. I've written about them many times.

I have a number of successful losers on the soy-free formulations.

Keep on keeping on - enjoy and employ the power of the TSFL Program, the fat-burning state and the wonderful Medifast products!

Thanks all for your well wishes....
Nancy, Doc has me on a one-a-day pill that has fixed the itching (which was beyond bad!) and as of yesterday the itching had subsided to bearable. I am to give it thru this Friday to see if it is really gone before I change horses mid stream.
I am sick and tired of being sick and tired!

OK...5.2 pounds down week 4. Total for the month: 43.8.
Down 43.8 pounds in 4 weeks. My body keeps thanking me...but my poor knees and feet are happiest. That is more than two and a half 16 pound bowling balls they no longer have to tote everywhere I go.
I can do this. One day at a time.
PS...I have been off the (script) anti-itch medicine for 2 days and no recurrence. So far so good. Still on the soy-based products.
I am sick and tired of being sick and tired!

Ron, I think you may be the BIGGEST LOSER so far!

How awesome is that?

Congratulations! :yeah:

I know what you mean about your feet and knees feelin' happy. Just you wait - as time goes by and the pounds go away, you will feel even more wonderful.

:secret: I just read that women who are preggers can expect their feet to enlarge .5 - 1 full size in width and possibly length due to weight gain and the hormone relaxin that is secreted during pregnancy. I wonder if I might have worn a size six shoe instead of the size 11 had I not been obese my whole life! Hah! Kind of a scary thought for me what might have happened if I had triplets or quintuplets...my feet wouldn't fit in my VeeWee Bug!

Ron, you keep at it - you are going to reach your goal and be all the happier for it! :hi5: You rock, my thinnin' Friend!
