Okay - FIRST WEEK WEIGH IN!!!!

Well I did it...and....

7.5 lbs!!!! :yay: I am sooo happy!!! I was just hoping to start off with a good 3 pounds. I have never lost 7.5 in one week. NEVER. This is GREAT!!!

(Shhhh... :hmmm: don't say anything about water weight, let me enjoy this moment!!)

I could not have completed this week without you guys. Thanks so much for ALL of your support. WOW!!!! :lol: :lol: :lol:

I just saw your post on another topic and noticed your ticker so I had to find your weight loss post and say... WAY TO GO! That is a great loss for one week, even the first week! Keep up the good work!

This is so exciting. Thanks so much for your "pats on the back". :hi5: I really do appreciate it and it makes me feel great!!!

My Mom has lost 15lbs so far with MF. She just finished her third week. She has about 70lbs to lose - and she is doing great too!!

I'm down 8 lbs my first week too! I also discovered that one chin equals 10 lbs. Amazing! Keep going...you are doing GREAT!
