Good for you :D! I have read your post about your body being stubborn with letting go of more pounds!

You are so close to you goal now, which, of course, the weight loss slows down the closer you get. But just keep doing what you're doing and shake things up a little--this always seems to get the body going in the right direction. When my body seems to be stalling, I change something about my plan, i.e., instead of 4 shakes and a soup, I'll switch to all shakes for a couple of days; or I'll have 5 shakes one day, 6 shakes the next day; or I'll double up on my morning shake for a few days. I know that Nancy says to not double up, but I read some information that came from a Medifast doctor (he gave this info. on one of weekly MF phone sessions) about breaking plateaus. He recommends doubling up on the morning shake, only, for a few days to a week, to help break a plateau. This certainly has been beneficial for me.

Keep up the good job!

That's right. I did take Nancy's advice and doubled up on my morning shake because I just ran out of hours to stay on schedule and couldn't figure out how to get that extra shake in to break my stall. I get up so early in the morning (5 AM) that it was a lot easier to take the extra shake then. Now I have to see how long it takes to actually get to the 180 goal. It's only three or four pounds but even one pound seems to be a struggle.

Although I lost the 30 pounds, I now need to T-O-N-E. My belly is still flab and my upper legs are flab and cellulite. Always had heavy legs though, even when I was thinner and younger.

Thanks for the great tip! I never thought of doubling the morning shake, but seems like a great idea. I'm going to try it for the balance of this week and see what happens.
