My Official 1st Month Results

I weighed in for my "Official" 1 month results and here they are.......

I've lost 16.5 lbs- I was hoping to hit the 20# mark but thats ok. Im very happy. Im under my pre-baby weight from 3 years ago!
I've also lost a total of 7 inches in my bust,waist and hips.

Thanks everyone for contributing so much on this forum!

Way to go Carly!!!! That is great!! How thrilling it is to see the scale moving downard isn't it? Look at you down to your pre-baby weight :whoohoo:

Isn't it great to lose so much in suc a short period of time ?

Keep on plan and it will continue to fall off.
