Hi MFers (whoa that sounds bad, but u know what I mean!!) So, its the Eve of Christmas Eve, and we have family down. I thought I would relax my diet to allow little tastes the next few days, and this is what has happened...can you relate?
Yesterday, I did MF all day until dinner when I accidentally drank my husbands non-diet soda that I thought he poured for me. I drank the whole cup before I realized it. After that, I thought, ahh a cookie wont hurt me. So I had 2 tiny chocolate holiday cookies and a handful of potato chips. I thought this was an accomplishment, since I used to enjoy a half a bag at a time!
I woke up feeling literally hung over!! Nauseous, headache, tingly, achey!
Had a shake for breakfast today, then some coffee, then at a restaraunt, a grilled chicken sandwhich in which I ate three bites of bread until I shucked it aside and ate the chicken plain. I had just a few thick fries, and a pickle.
And lets ust say, I am done. I have not been able to eat anything else-I feel ill!
The only thing that has helped is WATER!!!!! Precious water!!
I guess I am so used to 6 small meals, and no starchy stuff at this point that I feel like I am in sugar shock!! I feel toxic. I am so thankful for this, I cant wait to start tomorrow the right way!
All this for 2 cookies, 4 fries, 3 bites of bread and an accidental soda!
