This one's not too original or anything, but I'm completely hooked on it at the moment:
MF chocolate pudding made with half water and half coffee...mmmmm
I just add about 2 oz leftover coffee from the pot, and 2 oz water, aand a pudding packet to my shaker jar and SHAKE!!! (it comes out soo much better from the shaker than just mixing with a spoon or fork). I often need to spatual it out of there, but its worth it, in a nice crystal goblet and into the freezer for a few minutes...Voila, I feel like the cat from fancy feast (well you can skip that image if it's not your cup o' tea)
