obsolete?

Postby flamingogal3 » January 27th, 2006, 1:46 pm

Hi everyone,
So, I received a resounding no about the fat free cream cheese. I got the info from the FAQ section, topic General FAQ, scroll 4/5 of the way down, and there is a section from Nancy dated 5/11/04 about free foods. This includes ff cream cheese, ff sour cream, etc. I knew I wasn't dreaming, that I had seen it somewhere. But, those who answered said no. So, my question is ...is all that free food listed obsolete? And why? A 1 tbs serving of ff cream cheese has few cals, carbs, sodium, and fat than my fat free salad dressing. Just curious. Please explain, so I'll shut up. Thanx

Hi Flamingo,
We'll get the FAQ's updated.
It's been a while since we worked it over.

Hi Flamingo....
You're in great company .... Me :D Have you found my post as yet when I suggested someone add carrots (yup the dredded carrot  ) to their chicken soup -- they were trying to make a lean and green meal. The snack guidelines have changed as has the list of "ok" veggies. Unca Tim sent me to my room to write "I will not eat carrots" 100 times. I was caught in the same "net" as you. Things have changed. Don't worry we will both survive this "humiliation"
