Weigh all you want...just DON'T LET IT affect your mood, motivation or determination to do the program. I hang onto weight ALL WEEK and then drop it in one day, so if I believed my scale, it would've been off the balcony in the pool by now!
If you want to break yourself of the habit, have someone else hide it, I always know where my hiding places are, so what's the point unless someone else finds a REALLY GOOD SPOT!
