Yup,
You do not have to have the soups. I too thought they were not so good at first but I think our taste buds change. I love the chicken noodle and chicken and wild rice now. I wouldn't have believed that when I first started. But, you don't have to have them at all. You can have any 5 meal replacements each day that you choose. The only limitation is with the bars -- only one per day -- otherwise have what you like. You could do 5 shakes each day or even 5 oatmeals -- it's up to you.
