line up something like this:
9am..oatmeal
11am shake
1pm shake
3pm shake
5pm chili
7pm shake or soup if needed!
not sure if your first 3 supplements HAVE To be shakes?
any input would be appreciated!!
on day #3 here....Im kind of lightheaded and my eyes feel funny!! not sure if thats from watching the mircowave so that my yummy food dosent boil over!!
