Does anyone know of a good software that you can enter your own recipes or foods and the software calculate the nutritional values for you?
I found one that sounds like what I want, but, I don't want to spend $40 on it if it's not. It's called Cook'n

I remember finding a good site and it's free. It might be what your looking for. It's called Fitday.com. I think... I know it has everything from calculating nutritional values of food, recipes, weight charts, etc. It has alot, so cruise around the site and you'll figure out all the things it has to offer.
