Numbers to motivate you

Postby Prancer » July 10th, 2006, 9:37 am

I just did the numbers for the last two weigh ins/roll calls.

July 2 was a total of 134.5 lost by 34 people with an average of 3.95582
July 9 was a total of 116.6 lost by 37 people with an average of 3.151351

I know there are a few people who dont weigh in until mid week so I think this past week's will be higher by the end of the week.

You are all so amazing and such inspiration to keep going. I dont think I would be sticking to the program if it werent for this site and all of you here!!

I am a total number freak. I like numbers, they make sense.

I also made a spreadsheet that shows what I would weigh if I lose 1, 2, 3, 3.5, 4, and 5 pounds a week. yeah I'm a freak. So I can now change the numbers at each weigh in and see where I will be at certain points (dh's bday, kids school starting, my bday, and christmas) I am happy to say tho that if I lose 5 pounds a week every week until Christmas then I will be underweight! LOL
