As I was putting on my (significantly smaller ) jeans this morning, I realized even small and/or slow (e.g., my snail's pace LOL) weight losses can have positive effects and contribute significantly toward motivation. I've had both appearance and, most importantly, health related interim motivators. My current non-scale victories:
Cholesterol dropped 30 points!
Jeans two sizes smaller!
Feeling comfortable in pants other than jeans for the first time in years!
I don't post much, but wanted to share that "light bulb" moment
