Alright, I'm pretty jazzed. I have been walking a ton since starting MF. I usually walk around my neighborhood and always avoid a big hill by our park because it kicks my butt! Last night I desided to take the walk and do the climb up the hill. (it's steep, I'm tellin ya!) I made it to the top without stoping! AND....I could still carry on a conversation with my hubby! Usually we have to stop and huff and puff for a few seconds.
I was feeling pretty good about that and wanted to share. I feel my muscles getting stronger, it's really wonderful.
