WOO HOO!!

I got my first NSV today X THREE.....

I have been kind of sad that nobody at work had commented on my weight loss. I think if somebody lost #30 I would notice. :grin:

I haven't told anyone but family about the Medifast. I figured people would say "another diet". Well today three different people at three different times asked what the secret was on how I was loosing so much weight. :lol:

I was so happy. I told them about the program, and sent them all to the website to learn all about us.

That's great, Pink! It took that long for people to notice it with me, too. Although I think part of it is people can see a difference, but if they don't KNOW you're losing weight, they're reluctant to comment on it. Kinda like you don't congratulate someone on being pregnant unless you're positive she is.

It was also about 30lbs before people started commenting about my loss too. I'm so glad they opened their eyes and started noticing what you've got going on!!

Congrats! I can't wait for someone to notice who doesn't have to or already knows-you know, mom, husband, friend...Maybe when I hit the 30# mark people will notice. Also when I stop wearing such big clothes I imagine it will help.
