From 10 am till about 4:30 I was at scrapbooking class type thing with a friend of mine. I am soooo not the creative type person but had an absolute blast and can see this becoming an addiction.
Right afterwards I had to rush home to change for a concert. Saw Daughtry! He TOTALLY rocked!
In line for over an hour just to get in, pushed, shoved and wormed my way as close as possible to the stage, was smooshed, pushed and shoved as well. It was GREAT! 
I rocked, jumped up and down, flailed my arms up in the air and basically never stood still for over 5 hours.
Here's where the NSV for me comes in.
In my previous state, after a concert like that, my behaving the way I did
would have caused me great pain for the entire next week. I wouldn't even have been able to hack it for the entire show like I did. I would have told myself I am just getting too old to rock out like I used to, and swore off going to any more.
NOT the case at all!
I feel GREAT today! Other than I feel like I am coming down with the crud everyone at the office is passing around.
My feet don't hurt, my knees don't hurt, my arms don't hurt, my back feels fine (Brian gave me a heck of a back rub after I got home 
..it was a little achy last night...feels great today)
Looking forward to many more ROCK & ROLL headbangin' concerts now that I can keep up with the young'uns!
