Down 2.2 since Thursday but I wasn't on plan really yet. Had two shakes Thursday then talked myself into going off plan. Had one shake Friday and then let 'it's Halloween' talk veer me off course. Didn't even try to be on plan yesterday because we were supposed to go to a party and I was probably going to partake of some goodies, but then we ended up not going so I could have been on plan to begin with. Today hubby wants pizza and wings to go with football but I am two shakes down and really don't want that temptation in the house. So, long story short, I'm thankful I lost anything at all!
