Hello, All!
I am new to the MF program (Third week now). Like many of you I have tried every diet imaginable. I've always struggled with my weight, but after having my second child my weight has hit an all time high of 240. I am getting a little discouraged though, because I have only lost 1 lb. so far and have NOT been cheating. What am I doing wrong?? PLEASE HELP ME!!
