Not Hungry

Today I changed my L+G meal for lunch, because it was not working to wait until dinner, I got toooo hungry. So today I did it for lunch, and it is incredible, but I am NOT hungry at all. I have to Medifast meals left, do I have to have both even if i am not hungry????

It is absolutely vital that you get in all 5 medifast supplements (in addition to the L&G). Otherwise, you run the risk of getting too few calories and sending your body into starvation mode, which will slow or halt your weightloss. Also, the proper daily nutrients are divided up amongst the supplements - a day without one or more supplements is a day without all the tools our bodies need for health.

On days when I'm not so hungry, I usually will have one of the hot drinks, which don't really feel like I'm eating something, or freeze the pudding so it is ice creamish (I think I ALWAYS have room for ice cream! ;) )

That's a good idea! I too find that sometimes by the end of the day I'm so hungry - especially running around with the three kiddos. It's so tempting to pick before dinner - haven't caved yet - but you just never know!

I think I'll try having the L&G for lunch on a super busy day and see if that helps here too!!

I like the hot drink idea - isn't there a Tea that doubles as a supplement meal?

There are several things which can be made hot. The Cranberry Mango Fruit drink is delicious hot as are the Peach and Raspberry Teas. These are all meal replacements. Of course there are also Chai Latte, Capuccino and the Hot Cocoa. So, you have quite a few from which to choose.

Hi Disney Lover!!! I too am a Disney lover and am going to the Magic Kingdom in two short weeks, for the umteenth time :)

Like you, I found if I eat my L&G mid-day, it REALLY helps me! Sometimes I HAVE to wait for later in the day, but when at all possible, I have it for my 3pm meal! Like you said, I feel more satisfied and less hungry!

Get all those suppliments in anyway....gotta get proper nutrition for optimal results!! :)
