Not Hungary?

Postby fernationa » June 14th, 2006, 10:54 pm

Does anyone else find that they aren't hungary for there last meal? Maybe I'm not eating them in a good order. I have 4 medifast meals then my L and G, and then the final one. But the last one I'm never hungary for. Any suggestions?

Thanks

How much later are you having it? You could space it out a bit more, if it's less than three hours. Or just have something less filling for the last meal. I usually have an RTD or a pudding, so it's kind of like having dessert.

I am often not hungry after my L&G, in fact, I'm not hungry....period. But I know that it is important for me to get all of those supplements in. Robin's suggestion to use the RTD's is a good one and there are fruit drinks (I'm guessing they are less filling...havent tried em myself). The RTD's are only 8 oz. and are easy to down. I usually have that as my last meal of the day...just before bed. It doesn't hurt to have your last meal right before bed. It's my little nitecap.

The important thing is to get all your food in and drink alot of water. It's so tempting to think that if we skip a few here and there it can make us lose more, but it has the opposite effect. The body will fight back if it thinks it's starving and hold on to the weight. Less is not more with Medifast.

after dinner treat?

Postby celticmelody » June 15th, 2006, 12:33 pm

Lately, I've been making pudding in the morning and leaving that in the 'fridge all day for an "after dinner treat"

Or, if DH & I are going to the movies, I bring my bar along.
