Thank you all so very much for your kind complements. I only wish I felt the same way. I never wanted to look like that in my wedding pictures but I do think it is a nice pose. That is why I chose this new adventure... I am tired of not liking the way I look. I want to feel beautiful. Not for anyone else but me. All of your support means so much especially at the begining of this program. I tend to go off diets after just a few weeks but I am to keep my self control and motivation. I am almost at my 2 week mark so I am doing the happy dance.

Nichole you are doing wonderful! You photo is very beautful.

Look at that photo often, remember how happy you were on that day, and how with each pound you lose it is building on a greater happiness and life that you have created with your husband. Never look at your wedding day with a feeling of distainment. You were a beauful bride, and as the next few months pass you are just going to show your husband how your outer beuaty will grow. So get ready for a nice skimpy bathing suite in your furture!
