So today is day 3 of re restart (doing great by the way)... went to the bathroom a few minutes ago... and i'm a little concerned about what i saw, and want to know if anyone else has experienced this.... my bowels were kinda coated w/ this green mossy looking stuff ...

Hi guys,
I am taking a break from mf until the first of the year. I am too busy right now between my own job (72hrs/week), school, and working in my boyfriend's store for the holiday rush. I was feeling bad because of not enough calories/sleep.

I am going to eat healthy foods and try to go low carb while on break but I will surely be back on the first. I have been off ...
