I am on day four of my medifast journey and I have a horrible cold I was wondering if anyone knew of any good cold medicine you can take while on medifast. I realize that most of them have sucrose in them and since cold medicines are not required to list nutritional values I didn't want to take the chance and screw all my hard work up.

I'm looking for accommodations in Seattle for one night (while in transit to Vancouver for an Alaskan cruise) and would like to stay at a nice hotel with a view and not too far from the airport. Any suggestions?

Anyone try them? They have them at Target now and I heard it is a really good shapewear item.

I thought I would come here to ask what ya'll do for tanning (for those of you that do) Whether it be Mystic Tanning (spary booth) or the actual bed? I have a bit of a fair skin tone and thought about the mystic tanning but just wanted everyone's input.... So suggestions,reccomendations or pro's & con's please.... I have also included a poll but please any input is welcomed ...
