I'm new to the forum but not new to the program. Last year i was on the Medifast meals and did quite well. I believe i started on Februrary 14th. My starting weight was 185lbs and i got down to 160lbs. in about six months. I was so happy about it until i neglected to "slowly" return to adding additional caloric food and gained the weight back..that took all but 2 months or ...

Okay guys, here’s the rundown on me. I am a guy that has struggled with my weight my entire adult life. I’ve never been extremely overweight, just struggle with the same 20-30 pounds (I’m a short guy so it shows up quite a bit on my 5’5” small frame). I am constantly trying new things to get and keep the weight off, but I can’t seem to stick with anything for long.
