Can someone allergic to milk be on MF? Can they or did they need to take a anti milk vitamin or pill?

I am on day four of my medifast journey and I have a horrible cold I was wondering if anyone knew of any good cold medicine you can take while on medifast. I realize that most of them have sucrose in them and since cold medicines are not required to list nutritional values I didn't want to take the chance and screw all my hard work up.

I think that the hardest part for me will be cooking food for everyone else and not tasting it. I'm trying to plan before my food gets here so......... those of you in the same shoes give me some tips please.

Is it possible to drink TOO much water?

It is about 6 pm and I've so far had 13 eight-ounce glasses of water. I was going to have another glass but my DH said too much is bad for you, that I can overdo it. ...
