I started February 20th and I am so pleased so far. The headaches were a problem in the beginning, they lasted about a week and a half.

Not sure why I had them so long but I have been true to the program. I haven't deviated, following as written. I have high hopes this time that I will be successful. When people talk about keeping it off, my only concern now is getting it off. ...
