I'm new to the forum. I'm interested in trying to swap out some of my medifast meals for others , but am not sure how this is done. If I post what I'm looking for, once an agreement has been made for a swap, how do we exchange email addresses or addresses without posting that information on the forum?

Your turn to laugh at me. I was making my first batch of oatmeal cookies and just took them out of the oven. After I sat the pan on top of the oven I stretched and my belly stuck onto the pan.

I now have a long thin burn across my stomach very painfully reminding me that it sticks out too far. :oops:

Hello everyone...I am looking into the medifast program. It seems costly but I have to do something. I am 5'7" at 215 lbs. I would like to get down to 150. I see talk about a "full fast" and the "modified" program. I think to begin I need the full fast. Looking at the packages online for a month supply it list 49 shakes. Is that enough for a full fast or should I order ...
