Down 9.2 pounds. :D Yeah!

I know that is a good amount for week 1 and I am doing the full-fast right now under my dr. supervision, but..... I have such a deformed mental set with losing weight. I was actually disappointed when I calculated it and realized it was under 10 pounds!! How in the world will I be accepting of 3, 4, 5 pound ...

Hi all. For most of today I have felt very fuzzy and weak. The last 4 days have been great. I added an extra shake and bulllion. Any ideas why the fuzzies? Im thinkking low blood sugar??

I started on Tuesday and have lost 8 lbs as of today. I can NOT believe how easy this way of eating is!

Gosh -- in the past when I've done low carb'ing, I'm ususally changing the stick to show keytones by day 2. Now I've done a full 3 days of full fasting (today is day 4) and the stick has still not changed! I know plan works as I've already lost about 6 pounds and Monday is my official weigh in day. (whoo hoo -- so excited!) :-P ...

A blast from the past, stopping in to revisit an old stomping ground. I am currently on day 4...yet again.

Look at my start date and let this be a lesson in what not to do...stick to the plan.
