I am back. I fell off the wagon for a while but I decided that I really need to do this for myself. I have already been back on plan for 1 week. I lost 6lbs in 7 days!!!

Hi everyone, hope you all are having a wonderful week. I have a quick question, I know that when you are in the "mild ketosis" state you are not supposed to be hungry or crave anything. Does anyone ever have days where they are just hungry all day even with the shakes every 3 hours. Does it mean you have somehow fallen out of ketosis, b/c I have not been cheating at all?? Any advice ...

Well, yesterday was a little tough. Today seems to be going a little better. I need to learn to plan my dinners ahead of time though.

My stomach is grumbling a little...and this morning I had a headache. Other than that, I'm okay.

As a few of you know, I'm having a bit of a problem with rabbits entering my yard. Or maybe the problem is theirs, because they can't seem to get out alive if my dog sees them.

So a search online turns up a lot of products with fox urine (usually granules or powder, I think) that you're supposed to sprinkle around to deter them. Does anyone know whether this actually works? And if it ...

I started MF on Saturday, May 12, 2007. I figured the weekend ...

Today was day 2 for me. And, my family took me out to an all-u-can-eat buffet for Mother's Day. YIKES! There were all sorts of delicious-looking umentionables there.

But, I SURVIVED. I kept thinking, "well, gee - I only started yesterday so technically I'm not even in full ketosis & fat burning stage, yet...I could have some stuff and start again tomorrow."

But I DIDN'T!
