I was wondering if there were any other people using medifast that are also taking Synthroid for a low thyroid condition. Does the program work for you and also how does the soy interact with your medication? I was hoping that there were some success stories because it can be frustrating and so hard to lose weight with a thyroid condition. hola! i used to weigh 400# and was still at 300# when i found this place. the benefit of needing to lose this much weight is that medifast really was made for you. i lost 100# in 9 months. i didn't do anything special-- just followed the plan.

My wife is a five year Breast Cancer survivor and is concerned about the amount of soy in the shakes. She has read pros and cons concerning soy...what do you guys think?

Am I able to just eat all 5 medifast meals and just skip the 6th lean & green? Sometimes I am not hungry at all and don't want to eat even though I eat all 5 medifast meals. Will it slow my weightloss down any to just eat 5 times a day or do I have to eat 6 times a day? I have at times just had another medifast meal instead of the lean ...

BIGGEST LOSER!! I'm so inspired by the folks on this show they have so much going against them it's amazing to sit and watch them push through so many obstacles, Usually I'm sitting on the double stuffed leather sofa just pigging out watching them do all the work!
