Hello friends, I have stuck with a program for 5 weeks without a cheat. Lost 10pounds have 10 to go. My dilemma is, hubbie is taking me for a night away, hotel, jacuzzi ect. Hi everyone! I have been trying to post for a few months, but my posts haven't shown up! My husband and I are doing MF, and we've had great success. If this posts shows up, I'll be back later to do a proper introduction.

While I try to remain effortlessly hip, I occasionally glean tips from magazines. The chunky,oversized cardigan has replaced the jacket for fall! I just wore one to Starbucks and felt very comfy and warm. So if you have a few in your closet that aren't TOO oversized you might want to hold on to them!

I hit a plateu for almost 2 weeks and no mater what I did I coulodn't brak through it so I got discouraged and stopped eating medifast meals.
