I wanted to let you know, as I post quite frequently, I have reached 100# of weight loss. It has taken me 15,456 days (42 years, and a few months) to finally reach a comfortable weight. I have already started my fast on a store bought brand which doesn't have the benefit of Ketosis. I'm looking forward to that blessing and have experienced that before.
