I just received my package and am anxious to begin this program tomorrow morning. However, I go into work on Sunday night on the graveyard shift. Any suggestions on making this transition from the "Day" shift to that dreaded "graveyard" shift with my supplements? I'll be off work on the weekends (from Friday morning) until I go back into work graveyard shift on Sunday nights. Thanks for any help you may be able to provide. ...

Reading a few posts (especially the Sugar Coma one from Indigo-Laurie) made me chuckle a bit. I am not quite at my goal yet. I have somewhere in the range of 5-10 pounds to go. My total loss is 107# as of this am.
