okay so because i plan on losing quite a bit before the wedding... here is pics of me about 9 lbs lighter than i am now, but more than i was when i stopped mf...and yes thats "The Dress"



this one...okay yes im wearing a transformer helmet, its one of my nephews... but that is me... practically busting out of my dress (pun intended)



so yeah totally going to have great wedding day ...

Hi everyone ! Has anyone used the Dual Action Cleanse product and been on Medifast at the same time ? A friend of mine gave me a 30 day supply of Dual Action Cleanse, she said she feels great and highly recommends it. However, I am worried that it might interfere with my Medifast program. Well, almost exactly two years ago, I reached my goal weight of 150lbs from 258lbs, and boy, did it feel good. Fast forward to today, and I weigh 228lbs (this is after three weeks back on Medifast, so who knows what I got back up to). I had been able to keep myself under 200lbs for the first year...but I don't know what happened and I lost control of my eating habits. I ...
