Welcome Brenda

Welcome to the group Brenda!

I am on day 4 also, and I am hungry. I am doing complete fast. Eating just led to trouble for me.

I just started again on Tuesday! I have been trying since Jan 20. Go for it the first time.

Hugs
Susan

Harder than hard

Good Grief this is hard. I have no energy, I am tired and I want to eat very badly. I read about how eventually I will have an orgasmic experiecne, I say bring it on. Right now I feel like I am having a mental break down instead of a break through.

I am trying to picture myself thin, I can't do that, my face is never on the body. I am very hopeful, oh, ...

Just starting

Hello,
This my first day, I had one chocolate shake for breakfast and I am 2 minutes from eating another shake. I exercised for 35 minutes on my lunch hour.

I am more curious is to how much weight do you typically lose in a week? That is why I am on this diet.

I am going to go and eat/drink another shake.

starting over 14 years later

hello out there :wavie:

gotta say love the little emoticons, some I never seen before.

In 1999, I got ill and due to that gained 150 lbs, until now. I was never super morbidly obese, until I started to gain 20-30 lbs per year. I now weigh 285lbs. I was originally 300 pounds and lost 15 lbs on my own, prior to using Medifast. It took ...

Hello

Well, here I am armed with a one month supply of shakes. Tomorrow I will start. I hope they taste ok. I am a bit nervous about this because I really feel that it is vitally important for me to learn how to control my eating. I am one of those eat nothing and then eat everything types. Ughh!! I just don'y want to think about everything I put in my mouth for a while. ...

Double Check

Thank you all for responding to my message. It's great knowing that everyone is after the same goal. (To be a "Loser.") I was really questioning my weight loss and felt that something had to be wrong. losing so many pounds in one week??? Is it possible? So here is the reaffirmation...
I visited the doctor two Sundays ago for a sore throat and they took my weight. Yesterday I called the Dr's office and ...

Help! I am 5 days in and I am losing faith!

Hi all...I've lurked on this board for about 4 days now and the thingie wasn't letting me register....erg...the internet is so fickle. Anyways...I had the worst time today...I woke up at 4am with HIVES! I've never had hives before so I was flipping out! Took 2 Benadryl and tried to go back to sleep. Anyways, what seems to be my BIGGEST problem is the fact that I can't make myself drink the shakes. I just ...

A TWO WEEK NEWBIE HERE.

I BEGAN MEDIFAST TWO WEEKS AGO YESTERDAY...SINCE THAT TIME, I HAVE DONE MUCH REFLECTIVE THINKING. IF THERE IS ONE THING I HAVE LEARNED SO FAR, IT WOULD BE THIS: I HAVE ALWAYS THOUGHT
"FOOD IS THE one THING i CAN CONTROL; THEREFORE, I will not CONTROL IT".

DOES THIS MAKE SENSE TO ANYONE? IN THE PAST, I FELT I CAN not CONTROL THE WEATHER, OTHERS MOODS AND PERSONALITIES, HECTIC SCHEDULES THAT MUST BE KEPT, ETC., ...
