Well I just received my 1st Medifast Box Today....and am excited to get started.....tomorrow morning begins day 1..... Does anyone have any suggestions or comments about what I can expect over the next four weeks......let me know. I am glad I found this forum...it helps to have a support system.

I DO NOT like drinking water under any circumstances. And i have not drank any in two days not a drop. I am trying to do just the shakes but i am so hungry.
