I'll admit, most of my motivation is VANITY. I didn't have any health problems before I started, so health wasn't a motivator. (Although, I know I will increase my chances for a healthier life now!) So.....

Hello everyone. I've been creeping around this forum for a few days now. My name is Tai and I just started this program on Monday. The first 3 days were hard for me. Not because I was hungry but because I was dizzy, lightheaded, and headachy. But today I feel good! I even got up early to clean my house.

I haven't lost any weight yet. Is that normal?

I'm on Optifast now. I pay about 250 a WEEK plus the docs fee. I noticed that they have medifast on tv and etc. If I can do the medifast and save myself the docs fee I wil!

Can someone please tell me what the major differences will be?
