Well, I've been doing great so far. Day 6. I do have a question. We do a lot of socializing, so going to restaurants and having people over (the 4th is coming up!) is tough, but I've been hanging on to my Medifast packets. I've lost 7 lbs so far...well on my way to my 33 lb goal. Anyway, my question is, in order to survive those social events, I do have a few beers. ...

my husband tells me since im losing weight, that my body order has changed. Is this as a result of me burning fat? He doesnt like it so just wondering if anyone experience that.

I took a new face picture today after 14 lbs down...I think I see a hint of cheekbones. I have e-mailed to Unca Tim and hopefully he can get these posted for me. The picture in pink is when I started three weeks ago and the one in black is from today.



I'm keeping a video diary for inspiration along the way... I won't post them all, but I thought that was pretty impressive ...

Have any tried the Appetite Suppression. I have only been on the program for 6 days. I don't like the noodle soup (maybe I am not preparing it correctly. I am about to order. Wanted to know if anyone tried the Fruit & Nut Granola or the S'more Granola bars. Thanks. Look forward to any comments. With Love and Praises.

For those of us using the modified plan, I thought it might be helpful to get some ideas for great lean & green meals (spices, variances, etc) so that we aren't stuck in the "chicken breast with a salad" rut.
