Hi everyone,

I wanted to say hello - as I've spent most of the day reading practically every post and page on this site. I've been researching Medifast and feel that it could be what I need.

I'm in the position where I am so uncomfortable with my weight - not just how it looks on me, but how I feel - that I must do something! I decided that I did not want to ...

I have tried to read everything and anything on this Medifast plan that I can. I ordered my one month starter kit (using the MEDBH promotional code = savings of $79.00). I see that I only get 3 shakes per day with this kit, as well as the other foods, i.e., soup, bars, etc. at the rate of 1 every other day. Please tell me what you eat for that one meal and which meal ...

I did medifast about 10 years ago and loved it. Back then you had to go into the clinic every month to get your product, get weighed, have measurements taken, and have your blood checked via a finger stick. Boy was I happy to see that I don't have to go through all that again!!

I am out of commission for several days. Went to see the ortho doc yesterday and got several shots of cortisone in my back and hip so I am banned to bed for three days - no bending, twisting, sitting, etc. Argh!

Hi all...was out of town in Raleigh North Carolina for a week and completely missed Frances. We were lucky not to have too much damage just a blown fence and lots of tree debris on lawns......a lot of work to clean up which is good for me right now.

I just started MF last Friday before the holiday weekend. I felt pretty good and I am doing the 5/1. I even walked an hour on Sat/Sun. Y-day I was home all day and didnt get all my shakes in. I definitely felt the difference in that I was STARVING and ate more protein than I should have. I am diligently staying on schedule today.
