I am so happy with the results I am having on Medifast. It almost feels too easy , I am wondering why I didn't find this solution years ago.. Just wanted to introduce myself. I have been on medi-fast for 1 month, started on Oct 1st. 20 lbs gone in one month is more than alright by me :o . Hope I do as well on the second month. So glad to be told about this website, it's great to have a medi-fast only board!

I need to lose 60 pds asap, for surgery coming up, how long will it take.. give or take, I know losing isn't a science. I need to know from actualy people who lost that much.

While we were in Kauai we went on a six hour sunset dinner cruise of the Napali coast on one of Capt. Andy’s 3 foot catamaran. It was a delightful day – perfect in every way.
