I just started medifast today and i am excited about it from hearing all the positve results from this forum..i have to lose well over 100lbs i have done it before and i know i can do it again but this time it will stay off..

I'm not sure where regular posts go - what thread do most of you read first?

Last Monday I weighed 184 and today I weighed 179.5. I only started Medifast yesterday so that loss is just my greater awareness of what I'm eating - and water weight or whatever - but it's exciting anyway!

Well, I have long promised some photos but sometimes the easiest things seem to be the hardest to get done.

First, fat or thin, I am very unphotogenic (and also quite vain it appears). Second, we have been having some digital camera problems, and third, things have been very crazy lately.

Hello everyone. I'm new to this forum and still deciding if Medifast is right for me. I'm 5'6" and 168 pounds. I'm 33 and I used to be very active, but since I finished law school and started working I sit for long periods of time and eat a LOT of junk. I am a newbie to medifast. I think im going to like it given the fact that i can eat 6 times a day plus i dont really have to worry about picking out what to eat since its already there....i need to lose about 120 lbs....soo i hope this works well for me...

Just wanted to express my thanks for all the posts from, Success, Sadness, and Sabotage. Wow...the posts from Shineface, Landylue, Carrie, Maddie, elle4nelly, TamiL, and Jeanette has really helped me so much this morning. I have been slipping for about a week I started feeling it coming but didn't know how to stop it. I wasn't sure what was wrong...I was just stressed out and moving in a "poor me" state.
