I just started Medifast today, and I am feeling very positive and excited!
My current size/weight is a size 18 and 177lbs., and I want to lose about 50lbs. - or get back down to a size 5 again.

Good morning, Medifasters!!!

I am ready to get back on track... I was on Medifast in Sept/Oct time frame. I lost 14lbs and then lost my motivation. So, I am ready to attack this plan like it is my worst enemy. I am currently 190lbs on the nose and am going to start tomorrow.
