Ok gals and guys...here it goes. When I'm having a rough day like today (grouchy beyond words. Cannot explain why?) I try to focus on what I'm thankful for. Here is my MF list:

Hi there, I am also new. I started on Saturday and so far so good. I'm avoiding the scale until Saturday and hopefully will have a nice surprise. I'm not having trouble so far. I think the shakes, bars and hot chocolate taste really good. I'm not too crazy about the soup, so maybe I'll stick with shakes and bars primarily.

Ok Everyone - I had about 6 strawberries over the weekend and it was like Heaven - but I think this messed me up. I have lost a total of 20 pounds in 6 weeks.
