I started MF 2 wks ago. I just found this great support site a couple of days ago. Just had to get up nerve to talk. Anyway, the first 4 days were tough. I had no trouble staying on track I was just so hungry. I take vitamins with the morning shake. I mix morning shake with iced coffee and a little sugar free hazelnut syrup. This my second time on medifast and the shakes come sometime next week. They cannot get here fast enough for me.
