I have been around for a few weeks but wanted to officially introduce myself. I am a 33 year old housewife in Washington DC. I started MF a few weeks and got through the first 3 days suprisingly well but went off it the fourth day - daughter's birthday, this excuse, that excuse... and decided to get psyched to begin the first Sunday in April... tomorrow. Help. How can I not get derailed again? I have a 25 day supply and on hand and 50lbs to lose. Please... please... I need firm support.

Ok, the peer pressure got to me so here comes a "before" picture! I finally found one. I am not at my heaviest in this picture but pretty close. I was probably in the 160's.

This picture is my family arriving in the British Virgin Islands July 2004! We chartered a 38' catamaran sailboat for 17 days! Had a fabulous time!

The premise of drinking lots of water is one that I haven't yet gotten in tune with; I do drink a lot of diet soda and I love Crystal Light -- please tell me those are acceptable! I know water is best but I am a weenie.

I'm waiting for my medifast products to arrive next week. I'm doing the 5 and 1 plan and hope to lose 20lbs.

Any feed back would be appreciated.

I bought the fruit punch and do not like it, so I was thinking of giving the Peach tea a shot, and wanted to know your opinions of it.

HI all

Well for the last two days I have been ill. Fever and the other not so good stuff. All I could keep down was Sprite. Today I feel a bit better but a bit fearful yet to eat or drink shakes.

Any suggestions out there on when I should try to get back on MF.

Hi, everyone! I've been in and out of "lurk mode" for a few months now; finally got up enough gumption to get with the program. It's only Day 3 for me, and I am easing into the plan by eating some lean protein at dinner; otherwise, it's shakes, oatmeal, and bars.
