I'm winding down day 2 and so far, so good. I've stuck to the plan and I'm trying everything out before I decide for sure what I like. So far, Chocolate Shake, Chocolate Pudding are at the top of my list.

I thought I'd jump in after reading the board for about an hour now.

I received my starter kit on Wednesday and today is my first official day on plan. I'm already amazed by just how big an 8oz shake is.. heh.

It all started Mother's Day weekend...Up until this past week I have been sooooo good-doing full fast for most of the time (since April 5), and occasionally eating a healthy dinner.
